Return and Refund a Paid Item

Reduce the quantity of a paid product, choose the refund method, and complete the return and refund in one controlled workflow.
1. Open the required Table.
2. Open Table Details.
3. Select the target order.
4. Find the product to return.
5. Click - beside the quantity.
6. Reduce the quantity by the number of items being returned.
7. Click Return & Refund.
8. Review the products and quantities on the Return & Refund page.
9. Select the refund payment method requested by the customer.
10. Click Confirm.
11. Confirm that the refund completes successfully.
