Set Up Warehouses

Warehouses are used to control where product stock is prepared or deducted from. Set them up before product and inventory workflows so food, beverage, or other product stock can be tracked correctly.
1. Go to Settings > Inventory > Warehouse Settings.
2. Click Add New.
3. Enter the warehouse information.
4. Click Confirm.
If a product should use a specific preparation warehouse
1. Go to Item > Single Item.
2. Open the item.
3. Go to Optional Information.
4. Select the Preparation Warehouse.
5. Click Confirm.
Choose area-based or product-based warehouse assignment
1. If all products in an area are prepared by one warehouse, link that production area to the warehouse in warehouse settings.
2. If products in the same area come from different warehouses, such as food from the kitchen and drinks from the bar, assign the preparation warehouse in each product's information.
3. Check that warehouse assignments match the actual preparation locations and stock deduction sources.
