Check unit conversion before live use

Use consistent inventory and recipe units. For example, 1 kilogram equals 1,000 grams; An ingredient starting at 99 kilograms should have 98.8 kilograms remaining after one recipe consumes 200 grams, if no other stock movements occur. Verify the direction of the conversion fields before saving. Do not enter 1 kilogram as 1,000 kilograms.
