Set Up Role Permission

Permissions control what each role can see or do in Back Office and POS. Set this carefully to protect sensitive actions like refunds, payments, returns, bottle storage, and table operations.
1. Go to Staff > Role Management.
2. Select the target role.
3. Click Permission.
4. Switch between Backend Permission, POS Permission and APP Permission (GPOS Bar Manager App).
5. Select the required permissions.
6. Click Confirm.
