Set Up Room Billing and Timing

Room billing supports time-based room operations, hourly pricing, packages, extensions, and checkout with table orders. Use this for KTV or private-room venues.
1. Go to Settings > Table > Basic Settings.
2. Enable Room Timer.
3. Set Minimum Billing Unit (minutes).
4. Click Save.
5. Go to Billing Rules.
6. Click Add New.
7. Select the tables.
8. Configure billing fees.
9. Click Confirm.
For usage duration billing
1. Go to Billing Settings > Table > Billing Rules
2. Click Add New.
3. Enter Rule Name.
4. Select Room Type.
5. Select Billing Model.
6. Configure Pay by the Hour.
7. Enter Unit Price (Value/Hour).
8. Configure Effective Period.
For fixed-duration packages
1. Go to Settings > Table.
2. Set Closing Reminder Time (Min.).
3. Set Fixed Duration Package (Hours).
4. Click Save.
5. Go to Billing Rules.
6. Click Add New.
7. Select pricing model Discounted Duration Billing.
8. Click +Add New under Special Offer Package Configuration.
9. Click Confirm.
